Notice of Fund Reorganizations
Following approval by the shareholders and the Board of Trustees of the Managed Portfolio Series on August 5, 2025, the following funds have been reorganized into the Spyglass Growth Fund (SPYGX), a series of Manager Directed Portfolios:
- Jackson Square SMID-Cap Growth Fund — effective November 3, 2025
- Jackson Square Large-Cap Growth Fund — effective December 8, 2025
