Debbie was a founding member of Jackson Square and served as head of trading. She became a consulting partner in 2023. Prior to joining Jackson Square, she was an equity trader on the Delaware Investments Focus Growth Equity team from April 2005 to April 2014. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, she was the head trader at McMorgan. Before joining McMorgan in 2003, Debbie was the head of trading at Husic Capital Management from 2002 to 2003. Her 16 years of trading experience also includes positions at Robertson Stephens, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. She received a bachelor’s degree in business and Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh. Her interests outside of work include travel, sports, cooking, murder/mystery novels, and volunteering at various local charities.
