Radiance joined Jackson Square Partners in February 2021 as head of marketing and was promoted to chief administrative officer in 2024. Previously, from 2015-2020, she was Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing for the US division of Fiera Capital Corporation. Prior to its acquisition by Fiera Capital, Radiance spent 10 years with Samson Capital Advisors focused on marketing, sales, and relationship management support as well as portfolio analytics and product development. Radiance earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brown University and is a CFA charterholder. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, snowboarding, playing games of all kinds, and laughing with her family.
