Yegor Kurganov


Yegor joined Jackson Square Partners as an analyst in 2021. Prior to joining Jackson Square, he was at Vitruvian Partners as a vice president from 2018 through 2021. Prior to that, he worked at Bain Capital as an associate from 2015 to 2017. At Vitruvian and Bain Capital, Yegor focused on private leveraged buyout and growth equity investing, primarily within the healthcare and technology sectors. Yegor started his career at McKinsey & Co, working for the private equity and healthcare practices. He received a BSc from King’s College London in Molecular Genetics and spent one year abroad studying Molecular & Cell Biology at University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, his interests include downhill skiing, kickboxing, and spending time with his family. He is passionate about healthcare education given his upbringing in Ukraine, where life expectancy has fallen drastically behind high-income OECD countries in the last 60 years.
